Minah B. Tong-Mongalo is the Chief Executive and Senior Contract Law Specialist of TMCS. Her experience includes advising clients on matters relating to general corporate commercial law, contract law, trust property law, contract management and property development and management. In addition, Minah has experienced inboard training, board evaluations and SOE governance. Minah is also an experienced Legal advisor of private and public sector entities and pursuing her doctoral studies in the governance of state-owned enterprises.
